System of automatic assembly of panel windows

The system uses an anthropomorphic robot with a gripper that designed and purpose built allows the socket and the placement of metal and plastic components. The components are served to the robot through a phase of orientation by means of the snails vibrant and slides of transport.

The system is equipped with two vision systems positioned on the vertical of the pickup point of the robot, which allow a precise sampling of the components.
