AceFilmInspector, vision system for the control of plastic film

Here is AceFilmInspector, a highly modular vision system on the dimensions of the surfaces to be inspected. The vision system consists of a line scan camera that frames the material, a linear light that allows to illuminate the part to be inspected and a pc station that allows the processing of the acquired images, data management and waste signals.

AceSDC, selection and inspection machine for small parts

Here is AceSDC, the sorting and inspection machine for small parts of every type or material, ideal for checking and inspecting every single piece in a continuous and fast way. The machine is equipped with a vision system that allows the processing of 3 points of vision that analyze each surface of the piece, allowing to manage multiple controls at the same time.

From software design to internal mechanical realization

To follow the needs of the market, customers and create increasingly customized components, thanks to the internal production department, the company is able to follow the process at 360 degrees. From software design through 3D CAD like SolidWorks, to the mechanical realization by means of numerical control machines, allowing to control production costs and reduce dependence on suppliers.

AcePlanarInspector, inspection machine for complex flat surfaces

AcePlanarInspector, is our inspection machine that allows to inspect and measure complex flat surfaces. In this case, for our customer, resistance sheets are inspected, where thanks to the vision system, any discontinuity or irregular measurements in the resistance circuits are checked. The inspection process, thanks to AcePlanarInspector, has been reduced, making the production of the customer even more efficient.
